1. How do I Set-Up or Change my Payroll Deduction/Direct Deposit?

2. Can I become a Member of the Credit Union Online ?

Click-on the link above for our Membership Application, then do the following:

a. Print-out the form.

b. Fill-in the form, printing CLEARLY.

c. Mail it with your check made out to "PBEFCU" for $50 . Please DO NOT send cash !

3. What happens to the $50 I deposit into my NEW account? Is that an application fee or some sort of charge?

No! That's YOUR money and it is required of every active Member to have a balance of at
least $50 in their account. In fact, your opening balance begins to gain a dividend upon deposit!

4. Are the Accounts at the Credit Union Insured?

Absolutely! Accounts at the Credit Union are Federally Insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

5. Can members of my Family be Members of the Credit Union? Suppose they are not related, but live with us? Can they still be Members?

6. I am already a Member of the Credit Union. Can I apply online for a loan or a VISA?

Yes! You may apply online for any product below. Just click-on the item.

7. I just want to " pre-qualify " for an Auto Loan. Do you need to know the specific vehicle Year, Model and Options?

No. It's not necessary. Just let us know the approximate amount you are looking to finance. Click-on the link below .

8. I'm already a Member but I don't know my "Member Number". What should I put on my Loan Application?

It's not a problem. Just leave it blank. Our Lending Staff will take care of it.

9. Do I have to be a Member of the Credit Union to apply for a loan?

No! You do not need to be a Member to apply for a loan or a VISA, but you will need to be a Member of the Credit Union if you are approved. Click-on the link above for our Membership Application, then do the following:

a. Print-out the form.

10. What criteria does the Credit Union use when granting a loan? Is it my Seniority with Pitney Bowes Inc? Is it how much money I earn?

Like any other financial institution, the Credit Union will review your Credit Rating and your overall financial condition. We'll attempt to do everything possible to assist you in obtaining your loan.

11. If I am no longer an employee of Pitney Bowes Inc., do I have to leave the Credit Union?

No! Once you are a Member of the Credit Union, You are ALWAYS a Member!

You can remain a Member and transact business as usual.

12. If I do leave Pitney Bowes, how will I pay my current loan(s) at the Credit Union?

It's not a problem. You have many different ways to pay. Some of your options are:

a. Pay with Automatic Payments from your Credit Union savings or checking accounts.

b. Pay online - PB24 Online Banking from your Credit Union account.

c. Pay by just mailing your payment to us.

d. Pay in-person . Stop by. We always like to see our friends.

13. I work for Pitney Bowes Inc. or one of its companies, should I be concerned about my Credit Union information being kept confidential?

Absolutely not! Do not be concerned about your Credit Union information being shared or about confidentiality. The Credit Union is a separate legal entity and is bound by a specific privacy policy and federal regulations. Be assured that your personal account information is not shared and is kept in strictest confidence.

14. If I need to Overnight something to the Credit Union, what is your address?

15. How do I notify the Credit Union that I have changed my address?

You may update or change your address by going into PB24 Online Banking and using the "Address Change" feature under "Secure Forms". Also, you may PRINT CLEARLY, your address change, sign it (VERY IMPORTANT), and then fax it to us at the following: 203-883-8362
